Philadelphia Prosthodontist Robert Slauch, DDS, MDSc, FACP

Dr. Robert Slauch is a surgically trained board-certified prosthodontist. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. He specializes in quality restorative patient treatments and full-mouth makeover solutions with the placement of dental implants, esthetic crowns, bridges and veneers.

Dr. Slauch is a native of the Philadelphia area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, where he also played baseball. He earned his DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed his specialty training in Advanced Prosthodontics, Dental Implant Surgery, and a Masters Degree from the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Slauch is heavily engaged in scientific research and has been published in several leading dental journals. In addition, he has achieved national recognition for his research by the American College of Prosthodontists and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. He was one of six national finalists in the 2019 John J. Sharry Research Competition hosted by the American College of Prosthodontists.

In addition, he was awarded 2020, 2021, & 2022 Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Dentist award in the area of Prosthodontics. Dr. Slauch lectures professionally for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse and for other dental organizations. He is also Adjunct Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he teaches residents in the Graduate Prosthodontics program.

Dr. Slauch is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Prosthodontics Association.
