The easiest and most secure way to make a referral to our office is via our cloud based collaboration platform called LOOP.  With LOOP you may securely upload all of your patient’s supporting documentation including: periodontal charting, x-rays, photos, CBCT files and STL files without any limit on file size. 

Within LOOP you may see the progress of your patient’s treatment and have access to all clinical reports, photos and x-rays at any time.  For your convenience LOOP also features instant messaging to allow immediate contact with our front office team and save you time in getting the information that you need.
