Same day dental implants — also called teeth in a day or immediate load implants — allow a temporary set of replacement teeth to be attached to your implants on the same day they are placed. Step 2 — Extractions (If Needed)
Any failing or remaining teeth on the treatment arch are removed on the same day as implant placement when indicated. No separate appointment required.

Four to six Straumann implants are placed into the jawbone under local anesthesia. Placement is guided by your pre-surgical 3D plan for precision at every step.

Step 4 — Provisional Teeth Same Day
A fixed provisional set of teeth is attached to your implants before you leave. You walk out of the office with a complete, functional smile on the day of surgery.
