It would take several pages to list all the positive feelings I
have for Dr. Kenneth Laudenbach and the Laudenbach Group -- but this is
what I would say most of all: "consistency of excellence."
I have been a patient of Dr. Laudenbach's for some 25 years; the
treatments have ranged from routine to very complex -- with several
emergencies along the way. And in looking back, over all the visits over
all the years, what I have appreciated most is the "consistency of
excellence."
Most important, of course, is the work itself -- how professional
it always is, how excellent it's always been. The moment Dr. Laudenbach
walks into the room, I get a feeling of total confidence, reassurance:
whatever needs to be done will be done right.
But there is more: the staff is unfailingly gracious, caring,
conscientious --
in everything they do -- from scheduling appointments, to the cleanings, to
being upbeat and pleasant no matter when I come in, no matter what I come
in for.
