What Is A Fee For Service Practice?
The Laudenbach Group is a fee for service practice. Patients with dental insurance may not realize that insurance coverage is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Insurance companies do not guarantee coverage of our procedures, and therefore we cannot guarantee coverage by any dental insurance company for our patients. Instead, we place all of our efforts into the correct diagnosis of any underlying problem, the selection of the optimal care for each patient, and of course, providing the ideal treatment in a warm, caring environment. We do all of these things to ensure the very highest quality of dental care at our practice.

As a service to our patients, we routinely electronically process and submit dental and medical insurance forms for our patients. Depending upon the dental insurance plan, a patient may receive reimbursement for dental procedures completed at our practice for a portion of the treatment fee, or none of the treatment fee. We are not participants in any insurance plan, and you will not find our names in a list of providers from your insurance company. Unfortunately, we are not able to bill Medicare for dental procedures.

Lastly, just like any other business, payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you need help planning financially to regain your natural smile, please ask our staff to work out a plan to suit your needs. We look forward to seeing you smile!
